Your child has been issued a District-owned Chromebook, protective carrying case and power cord. Each family is responsible for the condition of District-owned property issued to students.
Optional insurance is available for your child’s device through Worth Ave Group Insurance. Families that purchase insurance will not be charged repair fees; all Chromebook repairs are covered in full by Worth Avenue Group with a zero deductible. Their coverage parameters include, but are not limited to, accidental damage, liquid submersion, cracked screen, and power surges.
Families who wish to take advantage of this opportunity can sign up online directly with Worth Avenue Group. The Worth Ave Link is open now for enrollment through September 30th 2021. Payment for the 2021-2022 school year is $26 per Chromebook and must be made with credit or debit card. They also offer a discounted 3-year plan.
